What areas do you cover?

I currently cover Farnborough, Frimley, Fleet and surrounding areas. Please get in contact to check if we cover your specific location.

How many dogs do you walk at a time?

On average group walks range between 2-4 dogs, although situations can vary depending on sizes and behaviours within the group.

How do you ensure my pet's safety?

We prioritise your pet's safety by using secure leads, harnesses and car safety restraints, conducting thorough assessments, meet and greets prior to booking, and providing constant supervision during services.

Can I get updates on my pet?

Absolutely! I provide regular updates and photos during the services, so you can stay informed and connected with your pet's activities and wellbeing, and see what great fun we get up to!

How long are your walks?

I offer 30 minute and 60 minute walk slots.

However, I am happy to take requests for any other length of times to suit you best!

How will you determine that my dog feels comfortable in group?

Everything is taken at your pups pace, no matter how many years young they are. During meet and greets, behaviours, quirky characters and needs will be discussed.

I will offer initial solo walks to build a bond with your dog and really get to know them and figure out which members of the Russell's Routes gang they will get along with best!

Having spent lots of time with each and every dog I will be able to pair them with the best suited buddies.

Why meet and greets?

These are a great first introduction, not only for me and your pup to get to know each other, but most importantly for you. These animals are family, so it is so important you feel at ease when they are under another's care.

They are a great way for me to determine how I will customise your pups walk, to ensure they have the most fun and feel safe at all times.
